We have been using Sabine Pools for our chemicals for several years now. Since then we have been able to maintain our water beautifully. We have our water tested regularly and the staff is always very helpful. Thanks to Connie for always calling us regarding any specials. If I could give more stars I would! The crew have always been very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve always been given direct instructions for our pool and they have never broken trust. A couple months ago, right before Mothers Day, a heavy rain came through and our pool turned almost green. We had over 15 adults and kids coming to our home to swim for Mothers Day and I freaked out. I brought a pic of our pool and a sample of water and within 10 minutes I was out the door with chemicals and a plan of care for the pool. Within 48 hours the pool was clear and blue! Saved the day per usual 🙂 The ladies I always talk with are great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

On Thursday of last week, I spoke with Melissa in your department and asked if it was possible for a service tech to come service my pool before the weekend.  The thunderstorms last week prevented any cleaning at the beginning of the week.  I told her we had a pool-themed birthday party scheduled for my 8-year-old grandson on Sunday with 12 children invited.  Melissa was gracious enough to see if it could be arranged and she said a tech would be here.  Friday afternoon Damian came out treated and cleaned the pool.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the excellent customer service from two of your employees.  They represent your company well.

The weather held for the weekend. The children had great fun in the pool and the success of the party would not have happen without your staff.  Again, thank you.

Our beautiful backyard gunite pool was built by Sabine Pools in 2021 and 2022 during the doubly difficult COVID period and recent hurricane aftermaths. On top of that, we had a challenging placement of the raised pool requiring engineered foundations and close coordination with our home builder, landscape architect, concrete and brick masons, and others. 

Dave Tassin was very knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with on the design and in ensuring our requests and needs were accommodated and in working with the other many “moving parts” of our various new house and back patio contractors.

Lloyd was excellent during the pool construction in overseeing his quality subs, answering questions, and providing a very well-constructed and beautifully finished pool and equipment install. 

And the service since startup by Troy and others has been prompt and first class. 

Marcia and I could not be happier with our pool and backyard paradise. We consistently receive compliments from our friends and neighbors.

I have to brag on the service/maintenance team for a minute! Scott and Troy are amazing and are so knowledgeable. I cannot express how amazing Sabine Pools is. This project was seamless, everyone we have encountered throughout this process has been professional, friendly and attentive.
